The 2025 Waihonga comes from the Osawa Vineyard in Hawkes Bay. Organically farmed, hand picked, 17 days on skins.

This wine has a gorgeous Amber colour, unfiltered & unfined some natural sediment from the fermentation lees. Stonefruit aromas of peach & apricot, tangerine, nougat and kawakawa spice. It has a textured and silky palate with a rich honey like richness.
